What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express and Bank transfers .
- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
Shipment
.Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Store deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, quick standard deliveries 2 to 3working days, standard deliveries 5 to 7 days and express DHL deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
For quick standard delivery, payment on our account, 12.50 zl.
For standard delivery, payment on delivery 17.50 zl.
For express DHL delivery, payment on our account 15 zl.
For express DHL delivery, payment on delivery 20.50 zl
Delivery in Europe only DHL delivery 100zł (~`24 euro depending on current exchange rate)
Can I know which is the status of my order?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number ( if you choose the DHL express delivery option ) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
